Pump Dispensers for supplement bottles

Have got one for my bottle of red cell - the largest bottle and need to know how much is in one squirt???

Any one know - tried google but failed.


Very difficult to know if giving to much or not??

I have a standard size pump that I use for my 5ltr oil and 3 squirts is equal to 100ml.

Best way to check is to get a supplement spoon measure and see how many squirts fill the spoon. I have a 100ml spoon and so I know that 3 squirts fill that.

I used a syringe when I was using probell plus works out well.
