Puppy JRT names

We are getting a JRT puppy in a couple of weeks. He is from the JRT bitch at the yard. She is rough coated (both parents were smooth though!). Dad is smooth. Pup is smooth coated at the moment, he is tri coloured. Mainly white with black splotches and a black and tan face. He is very cuddly.

We are looking for names. Here is a poll to help us decide!

I put mac, cos then he would be mac the jack, but i do like moth as well.

I only like Mac out of all those. My JRT is called Dexter- it was between Dexter, Dave,. Colin and Derek

Puppies mum's name is Gypsy, hence the name Moth!

No JRT can be called those names, they are reserved for lurchers/greyhounds

ETA - for those of you who dont venture into AAD, Jura is the brindle greyhound in my sig, Talisker is the lurcher on the right, Mac (or Macallan) was our dumb ass fluffy lurcher we used to have

Yeah so did I, as I have often posted on here he was my dog of a lifetime who I still miss intensely, bit of a shock to see someone making use of all my (deceased) dogs names like this

Anyway I don't think you should use any of those names so I havn't voted, I think its a bit of an insult to use someone elses dearly departed dogs names, think up some of your own. Oh I could have voted for Moth but I just don't like it, one of my last litter of PRT's got named Moth and I didn't like it then.

No need to be sorry JDChaser, you were not to know? OP has known me in RL in the past and DOES know that my dogs were called those names....

My JRT is called Rex if that's any inspiration.

These names come from a family history of naming dogs after Scottish whiskies, not meant to offend anyone at all!! Appologies for offending anyone!

I will go back to obstaining from HHO! seems people on here assume to worst of everyone!
