Puppy names

I could be wrong but here goes......
You haven't got any puppy care in place yet, might be better to sort that before even looking

Plus there's far too many unwanted dogs out there to breed more unless you can guarantee home's for them and also that if sh1t happens you can take them back and try and rehome them, at any point in their lives.

I have a very well bred pedigree great dane bitch, she will not be having puppies. If I put her to a KC registered great dane I could ask well over £1000 per puppy. I still will not be breeding from her

plus with the credit crunch and it looking like it's not going away anytime soon, it would not be a good idea to breed unless you have a waiting list of good homes.

For a start why would you want to breed a litter? Do you know what sort of a committment, financial and time wise a litter are? Not to mention the costs of hip/elbow/eye tests.

Having a full time job as you do, I'd strongly advise you not to breed so would think a boy would be a better option.

Even if you don't breed you could still get a bitch. By the time a bitch would be old enough to breed from, the credit crunch will probably be over. My Mum has 3 Great Danes and she successfully sold all the puppies in sept. Very well bred. She had a Golden Retriever who was pts in the summer at 13. The most amazing loyal dog ever! Her Dad was famous when she was a pup for rescuing a drunk man from the river mersey!

Reputable breeders puppies are still selling no problem now but what a stupid comment. I'm sure during boyent times Cala still has as many rehomes in.

Why would someone with a full time job that doesn't even have the time to bring up the bitch in the first place want to breed a litter?
