Puppy ownership...six days in...

Well thank you for making me feel really bad, at most she lost an hour of sleep, considering people who've had dogs before were saying why are you letting her sleep now if she's not at night.
Don't worry won't bother coming on here for anymore advice.

To be fair, you were given some excellent advice when you first posted - which you chose to ignore, hence people's reactions. No need to flounce just take that advice on board.

thats a good idea as you took absolutely no notice of the good intentioned advice you were given, by many very experienced dog owners who during their lifetimes have owned many dogs from puppyhood and know the best way to overcome problems and took the time to try and help you....

Try not to be too defensive. When learning something new it is very easy to think you might know better for your own pup, even after having advice from more experienced members. See it as a learning curve, take the advice on board and try putting it into practise ... you never know, it might even work :)

Good luck with your pup. They can be a delight, whilst also being exhausting and troublesome ... but if you put the work in now, you are rewarded tenfold as the pup matures.
