Milo has settled in very well, hard to believe he's a spaniel as he is so good and well behaved!! Here's some pics I took of him today-

He's afraid of the hens and ducks!

Maybe he is a spaniel after all as he found the duck tank today and went for a splash

I was about to say "give him time" but you beat me to it later in the post when he took himself for a dunking. :D

He is adorable ... and he looks like he is loving life right now! Bless ...

Awwwwwww - guy in my work brough in his new 8 week old spaniel puppy bitch yesterday and I almost stole her :D People bring in babies all the time and I dont care, but bring in a puppy and I go weak at the knees.

I want a spaniel now :D

He is adorable, looks like a real bundle of fun!! They do keep you on your toes dont they, Chloe has been home for 4 weeks now and Id forgotten what having a pup in the house was like:) Who needs the gym, certainly not spangle owners!!

Cavecanem-Lots of hair everywhere atm, brushed her yesterday for 20 min and she was still as fluffy as ever! Milo's winning her over though, she doesn't look quite as put out, although does keep him in line- maybe that's why he's so good!

Honestly he still comes every time he's called (even if he's on a scent), doesn't chase the hens, ducks or cats, keeps out of the way of the horses and already knows how to sit and shake and do his business on command! Had him out at a few hunter trials and he's very good on the lead and toatally chilled, although does charge over to anybody who goes 'Awwww look at the cute ikkle puppy'! How well he knows they're talking about him. He does have his cheeky, mad, loopy moments and doing the yard takes twice as long as he's so entertaining and distracting!! In some ways he reminds me so much of my old springer but then he's a completely different character so not comparing them too much, which is good. Although diving in the duck tank reminded me he's def a springer!! Can't believe he's settled in so well, it seems like he's been here forever!

Actually the guinea piggles aren't hugely bothered by him! They are a bit strange though as they like playing with the cat and come running out and start squeaking and hopping excitedly whenever they see a cat or a dog!!
