Puppy River Girl Has Been Found.

I watched that with my 15 week old JRT puppy snuggled up in my dressing gown. It made me cry.

I wouldnt be quick to say the girl and person filming it has mental issues. I think it is a lot to do with how people are brought up. Maybe her parents havent taught her to respect animals. Or maybe she had been told to get rid of the puppies. It is completely sick what they did and I hope they are punished for it and banned from having animals.
 
The really sick thing is - as she is Sub 18 - I doubt she will get the punishment everyone is thinking - I'm not saying it will be a slap on the wrists - hopefully more than that - - But its probably not going to jail...
