Puppy training classes in York/Malton area

Can anyone recommend any (evening) puppy training classes in the York/Malton/Easingwold area? We pic up our new 15 week old lab pup tomorrow night and would like to crack straight on with some training. She will be a working dog and i know it will be a while before she will be ready for working dog training but i wondered if there was such a person/classes that were focused for working pups??

It might be a little too far away from you, but there is a chap called Dave Sissons who does working dog puppy classes at Driffield show ground, I think it is a Thursday night all through the Summer. He is pretty good.
 
I have seen them on a Sunday morning on York Racecourse also if you ask at your vets they are a good source of information.
 
Hi, I've just seen your post asking about dog training in the Malton area. My business partner and I run courses in Old Malton at the Memorial Hall on Thursday evenings. We use reward based training. I have an HNC in Canine Behaviour and Training from Bishop Burton and have been training dogs for over 20 years. My partner has a Phd in animal behaviour. All About Dogs has now folded. I am running classes and offer one to one training and behaviour consults in the Ryedale District. Classes are held at the Memorial Hall, Old Malton on Thursday evenings and sometimes on Fridays and Saturdays. One to ones and behaviour consultations are held in your own home.
