Update!
She is three weeks today. She has started on solid foods over the weekend.
Firstly on baby rice:
Then last night she had puppy food which went down very well!
And she has a new surrogate mum it seems, Poppy the chihuahua
And she has patches coming through now, check out her ears!
She's discovered her back legs recently I think she is a bit scared of them though...

I think it is Evie who has put the hard work in, she's a tough little thing.
Obviously, as you can probably tell from the photos, she's a fair bit smaller than she should be, she was born about half the normal size of a chihuahua pup and hasnt managed to catch up yet. She doubled her birthweight just a couple of days later than normal, but everything else has happened as we'd have expected - eyes and ears opening, walking and eating etc etc. She is now getting around quite well, even if she does lack some grace and elegance when she tries to trot...!! lol!!
I would be completely gutted to lose her now as we've all got so attached to her, but she is still so fragile! She is definately still needing those positive thoughts!

Her ridgeback :lol: Someone said to me that this might indicate she is long coated. Will be interesting to see if that is true I'd love a long coat!
For those interested, she is currently weighing in at 275g and is on 4 meals a day of formula (now onto a bottle which makes feeding easier), one of baby rice and one of mushy Royal Canin Starter food She takes ALL of it very enthusiastically
I tried to snap a nice picture of mum and dad this morning, when i hit the button mum was looking at the camera too but she must have turned to bark at the pugs

I wouldn't worry about that, Bridget was 1/4 of the size and didn't look like she was ever going to catch up, she did
You'd never tell to look at her now that she was ever behind, although she knows she's still extra special

Bless her. She certanly is a tough little mite isn't she. Charlie was a tiny wee thing to. Even when he was 6 months old he could still curl up and go to sleep in the parm of my hand
Although he is still small for a JRT he got much bigger than we thought he would Still sending positive thoughts but i'm shore she'll be ok with you looking after her she's doing so well

LOL luckly for me the little fella was at work already
(I was a live in nanny) That video is sooooooo cute I love the bit where she's getting the hang of it then she shakes her head and falles over. There so cute when they do that. They get this look of "Oh I ment to do that"
