Puppy's First Season

My 10 month old labrador puppy (26kg) is currently having her first season. I already have a six year old bitch but she was spade after her first.

My puppy seems to be having a particularly heavy season (on day 3 now) with 10 pence piece marks being left on the floor where she sits, and if she lies down for a long time she leaves several drops on the floor when she gets up and shakes.

Am I being paranoid or should I be worried about this? Is there such as thing as too heavy a season?

No our bitch was exactly the same, Blood Everywhere!!!!!!!!!
She had a puppy cage for her first year, which was great as reduced the mess! We got her spayed soon after.

that sound fine to me. what i can advice is you can by training pants for dogs and they have changeable panty liners in them they are really good if you dog will wear them it saves blood going every where aswell!

Lol Babybells, I wasn't actually planning on her having a season (she was booked in to be spade) so I will have her done before her next one. Thanks for all your help!
