im sooooooo sad i have decided to put my boy up for sale as he deserves more than what i can give him due to work commitments!I jus wondered if any of you have felt this way before? I will tell you a bit about him 15.3IDXTB stunning bay gelding 6yo, i have completed the basics with him, he hacks alone or in company schools nicely jumps gd in traffic.no vices lives out most of the time but will happily be stabled. fantastic temperament, very kind willing boy. I just dont have enough time to do him justice. He has alot of potential and i dont have time to do it with him. SOOOO sad

My horse is up for sale too and i am gutted. I am selling her as i just dont think her heart is in show jumping. I took her to a show yesterday though and she jump brilliantly so i am really hoping i dont regret my decision.

Apart from the jumping she is everything i have ever wanted and we have bonded so well. This is goingt obe such a hard sale for me and in a way i feel like i am letting her down as she is so happy at the mo

arr i know exactly how you feel, i am so sad! and i want him to have a fab loving home like he has now. xxxx

Hi ya

Haven't seen you on here in ages, where have you been?? LOL

Yeah i am gutted to be selling, had a bit of interest today and was near to tears just thinking about it even though nothing is probably gonna come of it. This has got to be the hardest sale for me.

How comes your putting your lad on loan??

Busy!!

Why are you selling?

I have just realised that I need something bigger and scopier than my pony. I love him to bits and am genuinely heart broken at having to let him go, but it's not fair to keep asking him to do things he can't/won't do. Will make someone a fab PC/hunt pony though!

Did you try the calmer with him in the end? Sorry to hear things didn't work out between you both.

I hope he finds the right home, you haven't had him long ,have you and you seem to have had some problems. Maybe he will settle with another owner ,I hope so.Shame it didn't work out with him

I'm selling for the same reason as you really, i dont think she will make the level i want and we have been having major issues with her jumping which is what i brought her to do and even my instructor agreed that selling her would be for the best. Then yesterday she went to a show and jumped her little socks off which makes the decision even harder

At least your pony will only be on loan though so you will still get to see him and have a say over him and you know he will always come back to you which is a comfort to know.
