Please advise,
I have had my pony for about 4 weeks now, he had a separate paddock so horses can say hi to each other and get accustomed to each other over the electric fencing, anyways just moved my pony this morning into the paddock with the other geldings (theres about 6 other geldings) and seemed to go rather well, not as much running about, squealing, bucking etc as I thought there would be, so went off to work.
I popped over during my lunch break to check on him and as I drove up I could see all the horses chilled out just eating and my pony darting about still, I get to the paddock and one of the horses has bitten him on his side, and he is not happy, he tried to bite me and was kicking the metal gate as to want to get out......
I was very upset to see him like this and wanted to get him out the paddock and into his stable, but left him there as I did not want to just take him out and have to start again.
I am going to put some sudocream on his bite when I finish work, but please is there any more advice to what to do as it was horrible seeing him so hetup
