I have queried an item on my vet bill and feel very guilty as he's agreed to knock it off.
We took ponio & horsey to vets to get teeth done (she wanted to save on a callout fee)
Whilst there, the vet whipped off what has turned out to be a sarcoid.
He agreed to put a couple of disolvable stitches into the site so he didn't need to see him again if it remained dry and clean.
2 Weeks later, my mum called him out to check her horse again as he was quidding a little.
She was charged for the callout and for the consultation - obviously valid.
Whilst there he checked my ponys stitches (not what we'd agreed) and then decided with none horsey step dad to take said stitches out - and then charged me a further consultation fee.
I queried it as it's not what we'd agreed when the lump was originally removed.
He has ageed to remove it from the bill, but I now feel really guilty, and wondering whether I should pay it anyway.
They are fantastic horse vets, and I don't want to blemish the relationship we have with them.
Should I pay it, what do you all think?
