Question for eventers!

I have entered for Hexham Horse Trials and got a letter of confirmation sent back to me. There is one problem however, my confirmation letter states I must produce my rider record book on request, failure to do so results in a £50 fine. What is the rider record book as I realy don't think I have one!?

Old form I suspect as Rider record books are no longer required. Was compulsory a few years ago but nobody has them anymore.

They've got rid of rider record books - am absolutely sure they don't exist anymore!

Were issued about 5 or 6 years ago, can't say i've ever been asked for it it was a little blue book,don't know if i've still got mine?!! They always want your passports there though!! TBH don't think anyone else will have em either.
