Call me dumb, which I know I am, but I forgot to ask the vet yesterday about riding Patches after the nerve blocks. I know all about what to do when she's had the cortisone jabs next week though!

Anyway, he did say she needed a day in to prevent any infection into the needle sites. So, does that mean I can get on tomorrow and just ride her as normal? Going to miss several days next week and next weekend after the jabs so I don't want her to lose too much fitness going into it.

Yeah, tomorrow you can ride her as normal, you could have ridden her today if you wanted to. I do not think she really needed a day in to prevent an infection - but he is a vet, and I am merely an over opinionated self acclaimed forum expert.

LOL!

I would have been a bit worried about smearing her heels with the udder ointment (thick vaseline) as part of her mud fever prevention. Infact, would that be ok to do tomorrow? She was blocked six times in foot and fetlock before he moved up to the hock.
