Quick Answer Needed! Haven't talked to loaners for a while...

and about to send them an e-mail. What would you say? I need to ask them how they are getting along, if they've had any probs, etc, and apologise for not keeping in touch more often and not sure how to word it. Quick replies needed please!

i don't think they will mind that you haven't been in touch and i am sure if they have had any issues they would let you know.

i email my boy's loanee about once every 2 months just to check all is ok and let her know i am here if she has any issues- i like to leave her to it as i know he is looked after like a king and don't want to crowd her
