No not as standard, you can request these at the time of vetting but will be an additional cost. Least mine wasn't.

No they are not included, although my vet made a deal with the seller of my horse that he would x ray when I got her home and I would then have the option of returning if there was a problem.
We only did it because her hock was very, very slightly up during the vetting but there was no lameness. We put it down to her banging it in the stable.
