Quick bute question.

I have found in my first aid box today - equipalazone 1G and pro-dynam today - are they both kind of exactly the same - and one of my horses is on ethe equipalazone but someone said it would be fine to feed the pro dynam .?

Yes, they are exactly the same drug just manufactured by different people. I sachet of pro-dynam is equal to 1 sachet of equipalazone. Pro-dynam is slightly cheaper than bute but is being discontinued. Danilon also does exactly the same as pro-dynam and equipalazone but is more palatable for the horse to eat. Hope this helps.
