Quick DIY question..

It's on the high end of the price bracket for DIY in the west mids (normally anywhere from £60-£120 a month) BUT if it includes all bedding and hay then I'd say it's a jolly good deal so long of course they don't make you limit how much you feed and make you have small beds/charge for extra bedding etc (within reaosn of course)
 
Does everyone check who pay less than £25 a week DIY that there yard is fully insured and paying business rates?

I agree! TBH i am amazed at the people who wouldnt pay more than this. A horse can eat a bale of hay a day in winter, at £3 a bale that leaves £4 a week for the stable, turnout, facilities, fencing, water, electricity, rates, insurance......

Even without the hay i think £25 per week is very reasonable for just the stable, field and facilities. I dont think people appreciate how much installing and maintaining facilities costs, let alone business rates and insurance.
