Friend is filling out her FEI reg forms and on the horses it asks for ULENs??

It should be in the passport on the first page it will consist of 15 numbers or characters the first six relate to the country of birth and the passport issuing authority it is registered with the second nine are the horses individual number within that authority .sometimes the numbers are in one complete block of 15 and on some passports they will be split 6/9 but always 15 in total so if you put it on the form just write the 15 characters in one line with the six first if you understand what I mean.It actually stands for 'universal equine life number' and every horse has a unique number it was developed to stop misunderstandings over horse IDFriend is filling out her FEI reg forms and on the horses it asks for ULENs??
