That's what I thought - they don't seem to kick up turf when they gallop across the park, or meet dog walkers, cyclists and kids with a football! Maybe some trick photography involved.
Slight tangent…years ago I had an office job in a converted stately home. There was a yard next door.
I was staring out the window and spotted a horse trotting past our front door and continue (no tack, headcoller or followers) down our drive, heading for the road.
I pegged it through reception and out the door after the horse, wondering how on earth I was going to get hold of it, and keep hold of it.
Luckily it led ok-ish by the forelock until I bumped into caretaker who had some rope.
