Quick horsebox question

My dad noticed when we took the lorry out last week that one of the brake dials on the dash board didn't come up into the green area like it usually does. Brakes seemed to be working fine, but not sure if it is an electrical fault to the dash board or if we are running on back up brakes? Any ideas?
Also does anyone know anywhere near hatfield, herts that would take a look at it for us to get the brakes sorted out?

Mine buzzes if the brake tanks aren't full - was it making any noise? I'd be tempted to err on the size of caution and get it checked over before taking it anywhere else, espeially with horses on board, I have to say.

You could do a check of your brake fluid as well.
