Quick Q re Eventing start times ??

HHO font of all knowledge:
Who is responsible for working out all the start times?
Is it the entries secretary or the event secretary?
(Would like to do a thank you email and not sure who to send it to!)

For BE?

Generally the Entries Secretary and the Event Secretary are the same person - but if not it's the Entries Secretary who usually sorts them out. For BE events it's the person listed on the BDWP website.
