Hi all,
So, if I'm entering a CHAPS class at a county show, but neither me nor horse is registered with CHAPS, do I still have to abide by rules such as no spurs on horses up to 153cm??
My horse hasn't been height measured so won't be CHAPS registered but still want to enter. Hopefully she would be measured at 153cm which means I couldnt wear spurs, but is this the case if not part of CHAPS officially?
