We have 3 horses at the moment and all 3 now being rideable we are looking to get someone to hack Murphy out. Our plan had been to let said person have free time to ride him when they like and pay his livery bill each month. We would turnout bring in muck out etc. pay for feed and trimming but if he needed to have shoes on that would be the sharers expense. We plan to set up something along the lines of the BHS loan agreement but change it to suit us.
Murphy is insured but as we are getting said person to pay if they were to have an accident whilst riding or handling him would we be liable?

I am looking for a sharer at the moment and have drawn up the agreement on the basis of the BHS loan agreement with adjustments and would ask any sharer to have their own insurance ie BHS gold membership all the rest very similar to what you have already put
