Quick question on trailer towing

Can anyone recommend a good DVD? As a newbie to the art, books just don't give enough detail. Got a training day in a week but want something I can keep going back to. Thankies x

Dont ring the DVLA (or direct.gov), cant remember which one it was. I asked them for a dvd with trailers in it, and they told me which one to get. Watched the whole lot, it did have trailers in it, for other DVLA dvd's!
