Quick question re: FEI qualifications

Could anyone tell me if the FEI eventing qualification criteria has a time period to it? I.e. the two proceeding half seasons?

It looks like it is the previous year (BE rulebook page 90). But FEI qualifications are astonishingly complicated - might be worth a phone call to BE.

Once you are qualified then that qualification does not run out. You no longer have to drop a level if the horse has time off.

Can't say if it is the same for eventing, but in endurance it depends if you are talking about the horse or the rider. For endurance, rider qualifications last forever. For endurance horses, they last for two years.
