I'm wanting to order some spare shims but it's not clear if when you order them they come as pair, or are they 11.95 per shim? the quantity when I added them automatically went to 2 but then so did my quantitiy for the pommel insert, anyway so changed it back to 1 of each but then thought do the shims come as a pair so do I need to ask for 2.
If you email them then don't get back to you straight away and they don't take telephone queries unless it on a Tues or Thursday morning (which isn't very helpful) and I want to order something now.
