If you sent your horse away to be reschooled would you expect lessons on it to be included in the weekly fee?

Depends on what was agreed up front,

My old dressage trainer would take them in for schooling and do a 30 minute lesson in lieu of her riding if the owner wished.

No, but I'd maybe expect a small amount of help if I'd gone t ride the horse there- not a formal lesson though, I'd expect to pay whatever the extra cost would be over the everyday riding fee

I figured a bit of help once a week was fair, but formal lessons really should be extra

I did this with mine & no, they weren't included & I didn't expect it.

Although when Sunny came back the lady who'd schooled her on for me was on hand for the next few weeks by phone or a visit if me & S had any hiccups.
