Not if it has the water mark on it.I f it does you have to provide written proof that you are aloud to show it.

Yes you can. If you've nabbed it (ie. copied it from the photographers site) then you can put it on since what are the chances they find it in your photobucket? Obviously you cant use their un-bought pics for adverts or anything though!
