If I give my horse 2ml of sedalin to help him relax when travelling how long will it last for?

Horse in question is 17.2hh weighs about 650kg

Not easy to answer that as each horse like folks metabolise differently.
Speak to your vet, im not a big fan of sedating horses to travel unless its for medical reasons like transpoting to hospital.but thats easy for me to say as mine travel well
