Quickbeet

i dont see what would be wrong with it but why would you want to soak it for that long it takes ten mins for a reason, i use speedi beet and make enough to last a few days at a time if thats what you mean once its soaked its just like proper sugar beet

Hi, thanks for the response. Just to explain myself a little better; I can only feed my horses myslef in the evening i have to rely on family and a freind to feed in a morning. So i want it to only take 10 mins in an evening when i feed but i want to put it to soak before i go to be there ready for the morning is that makes sence, as i can't ask any else to do it. I have started my youngster on kwikbeet in the evening and would like to add it to mornings. Just wasn't sure if it would spoil and go off if it was left for longer.

ohhhh - can of worms here.

Many different opinions on sugar beat- i certainly would not feed sugar beat more than 24 hours after soaking in the winter and 12 hours in the summer.

The americans often feed sugar beat "raw" and tbh it depends on the quantities you are feeding. The sugar beat is certainly not what it used to be in the old days - and most brands "fluff" up enough for feeding within an hour or so.
