Quickest passport issuer?

Any ideas which of the passport issuers tends to be quicker? This is for a ony who came without one. Doesn't need to be a breed society one.

Shb(GB) have always got mine bact to me within 2-3 weeks. CHAPS up to 10 weeks.

One of mine has a Pet ID passport, I've had to send it off to them once and check things over the phone a few times and they have been very efficient at dealing with things

They emailed me a temporary passport as soon as they received my original one so should I have needed to produce one I had something available

I got a pet ID one in less than 10 days but they gave a 24 hr return option which costs an extra £10 if memory serves.

I just had my shetland microchipped and a passport (not one with identifying marks as didn't need it) done through the Horse Passport Agency. I did it online with the vet doing their bit first from the surgery, the agency then text and emailed me to complete my bit from my end and the passport arrived in two days! Can't hope for better than that
