I was planning on hunting all winter with the RMA sandhurst draghunt. However, I lost my lorry in October so I didn't manage to get out.

Zoom is therefore not 'hunting fit' I am now starting to get her ready for sponsored rides and HTs in the spring and her fitness is improving.

I would like to go out once in the next few weeks if possible, however the sandhurst seems to be very fast with alot of jumping. Are there any packs Surrey/Hertfordshire/Bucks (ie and hour and a half from west london) that might have a slightly slower pace? I know I can always take her home if she's tired but would like to get the most out of my day!

Thanks

I am intending to hunt with sandhurst on the 28th, mine is reasonably fit now (TB x so holds it well), however maybe try Surrey Union as when I have been out with them before it ahs been a bit more lesiurely and not much jumping :)

What about the Royal Artillery on Salisbury Plain or the New Forest? I know it is a little bit further but both are non jumping countries with plenty of tracks and grass, so you wouldn't be putting too much of a strain on Zooms legs. You would still have fun!
