Quiz question re : stallion

Can anyone help me with this ? Its driving me mad ! I was talking to a friend today and I was tryeing to recall the name of a stallion that (I think) Dorien Williams wife had/used to have - it was an influential sire that was shown successfully and I cannot for the life of me think what it was called. I have a feeling it was a small TB/small hack type .... Can anyone remember it ?

I will know it as soon as I hear it ......

Hi thank you, no it was bigger, more small TB than pony...have a feeling it was dark bay

I maybe mistaken but I am sure that someone took their mare to him a couple of yrs ago & had to swap to one of the others because there was a fertility problem. I could be wrong & if not perhaps it has been sorted out now. Cant remember which one was used in the end, but I am not impressed with the result. This mare has produced some nice animals from other stallions, but this one could just be a throw back as the mare is a coloured pony mare of unknown breeding.

I wasn't even sure if he was still alive to be honest, he seems to have been around forever !

Not sure whether he is still alive but definately went infertile a couple of years ago after being very sick.
He had a colic operation and then i think got pnumonia shortly afterwards.
That said he was im sure in his 20's then.

Still alive, but has part of a lung missing after surgical complications and retired at his owners home
