Can anyone point me to an idiot proof way of finding out how much a horse made at auction?

My horse has stickers on his passport on which dates he went through Tattersalls and Ascot. From there I could go to the website and look at how much he made on the day. It looks like Tattersalls go back to 2002.

I did the same. Mine had his entry paperwork in the back of the passport giving the sale date

That only helps if you have the date of the sale though rather than just the horses name! Assume you may not have that info?

Just tried googling my horses name followed by tattersalls sales and found it. It wasn’t the first on the page, I had to scroll down a few first.

If you knew the year, you could go through them and there aren't that many.

I had to look by sire as Tigs went through the yearling sales and there was no name.

The Geoffs archive is pretty good as well, you sometimes hit the jackpot and get some nice photos and videos too!
