Hi guys
Sorry, saw loads of racehorse posts and I thought I'd join in too ...
We recently lost our amazing ex racer - who went way too soon and was finally getting somewhere after a very troubled start to his new life after racing ...
I still cant think about what's happened BUT after a lot of thinking, we decided to get another one and give them the same chance B had ... plus my mare who is currently 6 months pregnant needs a companion sooner rathern than later so they have time to bond over winter.
We pick her up Friday and although feel mega guilty for getting her so soon after losing my boy, we felt it was the only way forward
Will post some photos of her when we pick her up but she's four years old, bright bay and stands at 16.1 ...
How can you be excited and sad at the same time??
