Hey everyone,

Can you please show me your photos of your tbs in the show ring of racehorse to riding horse please?

Got a show coming up in may and I want to take M into the racehorse to riding horse but not sure if I should or not?

:)

Mine too :D Her racing name was Maisemore hence why she is called Maisie lol :)

Ohh lol, my maisies racing name was Maahe, but to her previous owner she was just known as "the mare" lol so I was thinking of either maisie or macy but chose maisie lol.

She knows her name now though, only had her for 8 months lol :)

can you see this album on facebook? If not let me know and I will attempt another way!!

otherwise google pleasure prints and look in the gallery, 2010 Moreton in Marsh show or the Three Counties Show Sunday, both of these shows ran the ROR racehorse challenge class and the Ridden Racehorse class.

I am in no way a clean tidy showing person but have had lots of fun doing these classes, everyone seems very friendly and pretty much anything goes as long as you look smart and your horse is well turned out. Have fun :D

Here is my eldest daughter's ex-racer - in hand

She is not dressed correctly for in hand but it was only his second show and we wanted to give him a quick preview of the indoor arena before his ridden class. He won a twenty strong 'mixed breed' class and went on to stand in-hand champion - very unexpected!

And ridden-

Definitely give it a go. The ride judge is our biggest problem - he thinks he's done more than enough by the time the judge gets on him :)!

Yep, he did very well as a hack initially, but has bulked out over the last couple of years so we made the switch last season. Suits my attention span better as well! I love the hacks because they're so beautiful, but sadly I have the attention span of a goldfish. At only 160cms he's on the small side in some classes but he grows a lot in the ring which helps! I haven't registered him bsha this year though as i'm poor so we're just gonna play in the exracers!
