Racesafe 2000 and 2009 bp

Could anyone tell me whether there is any visible difference, apart from the lables, from the older and newer versions?

Having owned both body protectors, there is no difference in the safety aspect, they bot have passed the same test to be graded level 3 protection. I prefer the newer one as i find it moulds better to your body shape (and i think it looks better) however both are good body protectors and have saved me from some nasty injuries in the past. xx

Don't have a clue about the new one but my racesafe is excellent, I find it non restrictive and comfortable to use (unlike some protectors which are incredibly stiff) I use mine in conjunction with a Charles Owen Shoulder Protection Tee (i don't like shoulder pads built into the protectors, find it too restrictive) and it works a treat

Have the old one and love it. Had a Cobra before and that was so boxy and stiff in comp. Love the racesafe.
