I used to have a rodney powell, then got a racesafe, it is so much comfier! I love it, be careful to measure properly though I needed a short back despite my rodney powell being normal length

I love my racesafe body protector, I used to hate wearing them until I got a really comfy one from Caldene but they don't make them any more and as part of my job I was given a Standard 3 Racesafe. I find it so much more comfortable, I don't mind having to wear it all the time at work and even ride in it at home.

I love mine. I got a CHILD'S XL - because it was shorter and still fits if I let the lacing out at the side. Also about £20 cheaper.

seemed a good deal...

i would recommend the racesafe i got one last yr at hoys and the body protector with the shoulder pads got mine from treehouse they were really good. Oh, and its super comfy too!

I've gone the whole hog and bought the Kanteq one, I like the racesafe one because it fits round you, but having boobs I always felt squashed, which I now don't.

Racesafe will make one with a short back for you, its classed as a special order so takes a little while to come and as its a safety item make sure it all fits properly!! PM me if you need more details.

I got mine from treehouse at badders......... it's a childs XL.

I'm 5'2 size 10 (ish!) with big boobs and it's really comfy. I wear it for about three hours a day at the mo and it doesn't bother me at all

I got one last year after everyone on here recommended it and have to see its brilliant. I only use a BP for XC but its been SO comfy I wouldnt even know I was wearing it! It was 10 times less bulky than my Cobra and also seems to wick away sweat better

Im a normal size 12 up top and I have an adult size small which fits perfectly.

Glad to read all of this, was looking to get one to replace my Rodney Powell one which is fairly ancient now. I measured myself as a small adult but reading the below I may get away with large child, I'm 5ft 4, size 10 and not much in the boob department, any idea which size would be better?! No where around here stocks them so will have to get online.

Mines a racesafe from treehouse. It's the best one I've ever had!

like the others say, once it's on you dont notice it at all.

It's worth spending the extra for one!

I used to have a racesafe but have upgraded to the new kan teq one which I absolutely love - I think its probably a bit more protective and comfortable too. The lady who makes them was at JAS at the weekend and my friend tried one on. She is going to get one too
