I have a RS2010 RaceSafe body protector which has all of the same labels and standards to meet the new Beta 2009 requirements but it doesn't have the Beta label. Can I still use it for pony club events?

Ask the organiser, and be prepared to argue your case, if as you say it meets current requirements.
Or ask the manufacturer and take their answer in writing to the event.

If it did not have the Beta label when new then it is not manufactured to the Beta standard for back protectors.
You would want one with a Purple label.

Unlikely the pony club will let you use it. They are very hot on this sort of thing, and often the tack check is done by someone who is young, and will pass it on, or officious, and they simply won't let you. If it was a second hand one, then maybe have a chat to racesafe, who may allow you to send it to them, ,and if it is a new one, put the label on.

Is it a level 3? If so are you sure it doesn't have the beta label in as I've a RS 2000 that has the purple beta 2000 label in and the 2010 replaced this one. In mine it's on the bottom with some other labels.
