Its a long shot but does anybody know this person with this horse probably in wales. A friend of mine has bought a horse and its passport doesnt tally with its markings. Racheal Millers name is on the passport but from 2005 and it hasnt had ownership changed. The seller is very cagey and obviously lying , so we are thinking probably stolen horse
 
The name Rachel Miller rings a bell, I'm a regular browser of horsemart (in a strictly window shopping capacity), I'm sure she regularly advertises hores on there at seemingly reasonable/lowprices.
I think she usually advertises in the wales section but could be north west.
