Did anyone else read this in yesterday's Racing Post about the horse Spirit Son and what they did to help him through an illness - he was down outside and they erected a marque around him for five days. Had me in tears.
 
Yes, I read it too, and it had me in tears as well. Just proves everyone in racing isn't the hard-hearted money grabbers some like to make out. What a brave horse, and what wonderful people to stand by him. It was really a very moving story. All they care about is the horse, never mind if he races again. Well done to all .
