Radical Career Change - Update

For everyone who helped make my mind up that working with horses was far better than sitting in my horrid office 8 hours a day!
I handed in my weeks notice today for a 3 day week with horses. I have now got 1 owner with 3 to feed am and pm and another owner with 2 to muck out Mon-Fri along with my 3 full days Thurs/Fri/Sat at the dressage yard. I am now going to be earning more money than I was in my office job and have the best part of 4 days off! The down side is, after handing in my notice, my boss has taken me up on the part time hours I (stupidly) offered so that they arent left short! I am now doing Mon and tues 9-3 in the office too so my week is still pretty full

Hopefully in a few weeks I will be rid of the office life

Things are getting even more interesting as the day progresses.... Boss from office job is now begging me to stay and has offered me permenant hours to fit around my 2/3 day week with horses. However, what I thought was going to be a slower more relaxed pace of life with more time for Hubby and own horse, is now just as busy as I am now because I have already commited to the others... oh how confused I am!

Cut the cord and do what makes you happy ...............I gave it all up for horses 7 yrs ago and now have a little yard (i just got so big step) amazing clients which is still growing and although always never enough hours in the day I have more job satisfaction than most people I know. Good Luck
