Radio Broadcast at events.

I've recently received an email telling me that Blenheim will be broadcast on Sky Digital station Globecast.

Is this in addition to the usual FM radio broadcasts that are available at big events like Blenheim, Badminton, Burghley etc.,?

I hate to think that the signals will be scrambled so you can't hear them on a normal FM radio
