As the question says really - is Ragwort flowering yet - I thought it was too early. I ask cause a girl off our yard has just phoned me in a panic as looked at the fields by ours and thinks they are full of flowering ragwort - I would not think it is as the area we are in - luckily for us - has very little of the pest - and being a terrible worrier - if I had seen some - and I can sport it from a mile away - I would have told the YO!!

I haven't got any, yeeehaaar!! Had my fields sprayed last year and have half done them again this year. Doing the other half in a couple of weeks. Result.....no more ragwort!

Have just pulled some in a field at my friend's where my girls have gone for a holiday. None was flowering but had started to form flowers at the top.

Tends to flower late June/early July but dependant on weather. It's not buttercups as there are loads around this year?

Not yet, it is more than possible that it is Oil seed rape, it caries really easily as the seed is so small.

I would place a bet that it is OSR that she has seen
