RAGWORT LOTS - dont seem to care?

Around us, most of the ragwort is on verges and council property. They are too skint and lazy to do anything - when someone reported it they said they had a policy of promoting wildlife and flowers!!

Luckily there seems to be a bit less so far this year.

There was a act of parliament passed in relation to noxious plants and weeds and they are liable for prosecution if they do not make reasonable attempts to remove it.
Dont ask me for the complete details but the case I knew of I am sure it was the ministry of agriculture ? that got involved, you need to report higher than your council if they are not doing anything the BHS or your local bridleways people will be able to help you with that.
