Well pleased,i contacted the local newspaper by email a few wks ago now to see if they would run a story on ragwort(trying to raise awareness of just how deadly it is to animals and people)!!YIPEEEEEEEEEEEE they are running a story!!!lmao!Might not do any good but if it makes some people sit up and take notice!!Come on guys get emailing those local rags,lol!!!
 
I would love to write an email to my local rag but Im a bit rubbish with words.
Could someone who is good at letter writing possibly write something and post it on here for us to cut and post to our local papers? Im sure loads of people would do it, I certainly would.

mine wasnt fantastic i just made sure it included dangers to animals and humans,how quickly it spreads(175,00 seeds per plant)and how before long this dreaded weed will be overuling the countryside,the ruling defra has on it,how people are blissfully unaware of the problem this plant causes,including some horseowners,what internal damge it causes horses over a period of time!!Could they run an article to try and raise peoples awareness of this plant!
Unfortunately i didnt save the email i sent otherwise i would have cut and pasted it for you!!Didnt think they would be interested in a million yrs,lol,but proved me wrong!!!
 
oh poop, shame you didnt save the email, but still, congrats for getting someone to pay attention to the problem.

anyone else fancy writing a piece on Ragwort for dum bums like me to send to our local papers???
