Rain, rain and more rain

After a lovely dry November my fields are now under water. It has rained none stop today, mostly heavy rain. Topped today by my horse churning up his field because YO bought theirs in before him!! A few days this week look nice but not sure I can turn out in my lakes!! It's going to be a lonnngg winter!!

Same here in Cheshire. Fabulous Autumn and then fields took an absolute beating over the weekend. Anything but rain.....please

It's not been too bad here down south. Some snow, very windy but horses have been out for many hours during the day. The rain that is coming down now though is unbelievable! It's meant to be like this most of the night. Horses tucked up in their stables and looking quite content but I hate to think what the field will look like tomorrow.
