Has anyone got one of these? Are they decent enough to hack/school in? Thinking about getting one for drizzly days to hack out in but all the reviews just say about them being good for competitions so just wondering how waterproof they actually are and if they're more of a 10 minute shower waterproof as opposed to properly waterproof!

I have got an equivalent but I wouldn't say you could hack out in it, it's for just putting over the top of them when stood at a competition. They don't do up well enough to ride in in my opinion.

If its intended use is as a cover up for rain showers, it probably won't be breathable. So you may end up with a very sweaty horse if you ride in it.

Not designed to ride in, but very useful as an equine umbrella, they are very large cover all type of sheet. A loop at the top of the neck fixes to headcollar and ties join the neck/chest areas.

I used one a lot on the show horse on bad days, kept the tack dry and was also useful over the top of a summer sheet. Mine is kept in the lorry and I wouldn't go anywhere without it.
