Rambo Newmarket Competition Fleece - which colour?

For Christmas I got given some money and have always wanted a Rambo Newmarket exercise fleece, so after years of uming and ahing over it I have finally decided to buy one! However I have no idea which out of the three colours to go for...

I have a chestnut thoroughbred mare, so which one would you buy? Do you have any piccies with your horses wearing them?

the traditional yellow one makes you much more visible when riding and traditional is always best.

I love the Whitney colours, so I would go with those!! The grey is also nice but I love the original.

I have the grey and out one on my little appy and my sister has the blue and white one in her tb, they are both really nice.

I have to say thou i really like the brown and wish i had got them in brown instead. Not sure thats any help! :biggrin3:

My chesnut has the chocolate and looks lovely, the original gold clashed!

I was thinking that the original may clash a little bit! Do you have a picture with your chestnut in the chocolate one ?

i have the original for my chesnut. he looks stunning in it...real smart. he has an exercise sheet and a stable blanket in the original. cant upload photos on here (work computer) its preference really, i tend to find that the blue/gray tends to suit darker horses but thats just what i think.

I had a whitney excersise blanket for Lucy. She was chestnut and looked lovely in it. Didn't clash at all

I bought it for her as at one point I kept her on a yard with race horses and everytime I hacked her round the village people kept asking me when she would be racing. I had to laugh at the thought of my 13.2hh welshie on the race track (although she would give the TBs a run for there money, boy was she fast) All the race horses had whitney blankets so I got one for my mini racehorse to

i had my chestnut in the brown and my dark bay in the blue or the brown. x

I've got a really ginger horse. She originally had the chocolate one but then decided that navy was more her colour. Whatever colour you get, you won't be disappointed with it - they really are the most beautiful quality.

My chestnut gelding has the traditional coloured one and it looks alright, personnel preference I guess !

CM is a proper orange chestnut and she has the gold/black/red one and I think it's very becoming on her. So I vote for the traditional one.

I have a bright bay (I know that isn't chestnut, but ....) and he looks fabulous in his original. Colours really suit him.

Again, agree with others - you won't be disappointed in the quality. A friend bought a cheaper one and it is awful quality.

I have a bright bay as well, and I bought the original witney colours, it's fab! He's a TB so I wanted the original so he looked like a little racer!!
I agree with everyone else though about the quality, they are so good, you will be pleased with whichever colour you go with.

I have my chestnut in the brown/cream on and I love it, have the original one but colours don't suit him as much

Original is really nice & I think all horses look great in the Whitney colours. My horse has the brown though, he is a flee bitten grey.
